This is the first running belt i have used. I always thought a belt would be annoying and ride up or not be tight enough. This belt stays put! It holds my iphone x in the large pocket and keys and tissues in the smaller one. It's very lightweight, lies flat on your belly (even my rotund gut) and is so comfortable I forgot I was wearing it at one point.

Great waist belt
Perfect for running. Belt lays flat against your body. My iPhone 7+, headphones, inhaler, keys, cards, and some cash – all fit easily with some space left. Been using it for a few months now and love it. So much better than an armband.
