Processing:

Our fulfillment team will process your order within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. 90% of orders placed before noon Central Time are processed the same day.

Standard shipping:

USA:

Standard shipping to customers within the USA starts at $4.95, and may increase depending on the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over $99. 

• Continental USA - once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-7 business days. 2-day express shipping option is available for selected products and addresses.
• PO boxes & military addresses - your order should arrive within 5-25 business days.

International:

Standard international shipping starts at $4.95, and may increase depending on the weight of your order.

• Delivery will take 5-20 business days after an order has shipped.

Delivery time depends on the item, shipping address, weather conditions, availability, and other factors.

We will reship a new item free of charge if the customer did not receive the first item within 45 days of ordering.

Our main office and fulfillment centers are located in the US, but some of our specialty items are coming from other countries such as Australia, China, Germany, and the United Kingdom. 

Depending on availability, and for logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Taxes and VAT:

Domestic shipments within the USA may be subject to state sales tax, depending on local state laws.

For international orders, please check the customs and VAT laws of your local region. In most cases, VAT and customs fees will not apply due to the relatively low value of the shipment. Unfortunately, Zaksy will not be able to cover or refund any duty fees incurred by your local laws.
