All products on our website are sold in U.S. Dollars (USD), but you will see the price in your country currency based on your location.

Currently, we manufacture our products in the US, China, and Vietnam. 

All our manufacturing partners prioritize quality, compliance to worker's safety, fair wages and benefits, and dedication to minimizing environmental impact.

Double check if the code you received is issued for new customers, has a minimum order amount, or an expiration date.

Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on Monday. 

Most of our products are eligible for international shipping. If the product isn't eligible for international shipping, you will see that information on a product page.

We ship from our fulfillment centers in Texas, New Jersey, and California.

Depending on the availability and your shipping address we can also ship from other countries such as Australia, Germany, China, and the United Kingdom.

With First-Class Standard Shipping, your order will arrive in 3–7 business days and will be delivered by UPS, FedEx, or USPS (depends on your shipping address, doesn't include processing time). 

International orders will arrive in 7-20 business days (depending on the country).

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted on all unworn and undamaged items within 60 days of purchase. If a product doesn't work or is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we will replace it for free.
